Certified in Massage Therapy, I am an alumni of Southern California Health Institute and Alpha Beta Kappa Honor Society Member. Making a positive difference in the world – one Spirit, Mind, and Body at a time – is my goal. I use a variety of styles of massage modalities, as all bodies are different, so are the techniques needed to facilitate the healing process.

I am an Usui Lineage and Holy Fire Reiki Master, with beginning studies in Karuna Reiki and believe in incorporating energy work with massage. I look forward to working with you on your healing journey.

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage includes a wide variety of modalities and techniques applied to the body's muscular structure and soft tissues. Therapist applies pressure, stretching, rocking, friction, kneading and compression with hands, forearms, elbows, feet, and knees. Therapeutic massage benefits the musculoskeletal system, the circulatory-lymphatic system, and the nervous system.
